At SportsTribe United, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth booking and membership experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms for canceling services and requesting refunds for memberships, events, tournaments, through our website or mobile application.

1. Pricing Information

  • Annual Memberships: Start from ₹499 per year.

  • Events & Tournaments: Pricing varies depending on the nature, location, and duration of the event/tournament. Details will be displayed at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Memberships

  • Annual memberships can be canceled anytime through your account settings.

  • Cancellations will stop future renewals.

  • Once purchased, memberships are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.

Events & Tournaments

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event/tournament start time are non-refundable.

  • If SportsTribe cancels an event or tournament, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligible Refunds:

    • Event/tournament canceled by SportsTribe.

    • Technical issues where payment was deducted but the booking/service was not confirmed.

  • Non-Refundable Cases:

    • No-shows for events/tournaments.

    • Services already delivered or consumed.

    • Membership fees except in special cases mentioned above.

  • Refund Timeline:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

    • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
